Arts Bound is an association of independent artists. Each artist is personally responsible for their artwork, its authenticity, delivery, and compliance with the stated specifications. We bring artists and collectors together to make the purchasing process safe and transparent.
Verified Artists
We only work with artists who have been selected and agreed to work within the association’s guidelines. However, each artist remains responsible for each transaction, artwork, and shipping.

Price Negotiations
As with a gallery, buyers can make an offer to the artist. The association can assist in communicating your request, but the final decision rests with the artist.
Authenticity
We work directly with artists and encourage them to sign their works and include a Certificate of Authenticity. If a certificate is not included, we can contact the artist upon your request. The artist confirms the authenticity and uniqueness of a work.
Original Art
An original is a unique piece (painting, drawing, sculpture, limited edition graphic).
A reproduction is a printed copy of the original. Even if it is signed and numbered, it is not an original work of art.
Original prints (lithographs, etchings, stencils, etc.) are created by hand and are considered authentic.
Payment Security
We recommend paying for orders through PayPal, which provides a high level of buyer protection.
Returns and Damage
Notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving the work.
Refunds are issued after the work is returned directly to the artist (minus shipping costs).
In case of damage, shipping and return arrangements are agreed upon with the artist.
Shipping
Shipping costs and arrangements are determined by the artist. The price depends on the size, weight, and distance of the work.

Subscribe to the Arts Bound newsletter to receive news about artists and collections. Subscribing does not make you a member of the association—you must register separately.
