We market and sell your art through this site, Arts Bound, the leading destination for customers looking to buy quality, curated art online. We will list, advertise and promote your art online and email our collectors, provide payment processing and credit card options. We have a large database of art lovers that is constantly growing.

At Arts Bound, we focus on attracting customers to your gallery on the site. We charge a 50% commission on the selling price you set for each piece of art if you are a Gold subscriber. If you are a Platinum subscriber, we charge a 50% commission and actively promote your art on other sites and special email newsletters.

Your Primary Responsibilities

We ask that you manage your gallery professionally as outlined below:

You will carefully package your art and ship it promptly upon receipt of your order.
You will remove your profile from the site when you go on holiday and restore it when you return (this can be done online).
You will immediately remove artwork from the site if you sell it yourself (this can be done online).
You set the price

You know how much your art is worth, so you set the selling price for your art. We take a commission of 50% of your price. This commission covers our costs for advertising, marketing, customer service, credit card processing fees, invoicing, administration and VAT.

You are responsible for the costs of materials, packaging and delivery anywhere in the UK. Therefore, you should set a price that includes this cost. As an established artist, you probably already know how much it costs to pack and deliver artwork in your style. For larger or heavier pieces, contact your courier for a quote. Check the delivery prices carefully as you are entirely responsible for the cost of delivery. It is recommended that you price your artwork consistently across all online galleries.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

To encourage sales and build trust with potential customers, we offer all customers a 14-day, no-quibble money back guarantee that you must honor. The guarantee allows customers to return artwork within 14 days if they are not completely satisfied. They can return the artwork for any reason during this period. They will have to pay for the postage and insurance costs if they return the artwork. You are not entitled to a refund for the cost of shipping the artwork to the customer.
