At Arts Bound, we strive to attract customers to your gallery on the website. We do not charge a commission on the sale price of each piece of art. If you have Platinum status, we actively promote your work on the platform and other websites, and through dedicated email newsletters.
Your Key Responsibilities
We ask that you professionally manage your gallery as described below:
You will carefully package your work and ship it immediately upon receipt of your order.
You will delete your profile from the site when you go on vacation and restore it upon your return (this can be done online). If you sell your artwork yourself (this can be done online), you will immediately remove it from your website.
You know the value of your artwork, so you set the selling price. Your payments cover our costs for hosting, domain, marketing, site maintenance, programmer fees, administrative costs, and VAT.
You are responsible for the costs of materials, packaging, and shipping anywhere in the UK. Therefore, you should set a price that includes these costs. As an experienced artist, you likely already know how much it costs to pack and ship artwork in your style. For larger or heavier pieces, please contact your courier for a quote. Carefully check shipping costs, as you are solely responsible for these costs. It is recommended that you set consistent prices for your artwork across all online galleries.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
To encourage sales and build trust with potential clients, we offer all clients a 14-day, unconditional money-back guarantee, which you are obligated to honor. The guarantee allows customers to return the artwork within 14 days if they are not completely satisfied. During this period, they can return the artwork for any reason. Returning the artwork will incur postage and insurance costs. You are not entitled to a refund for the cost of shipping the artwork to the buyer.
